Born in Cologne, Tolga Peker received a Bachelor of Commerce, an MBA in Strategic Management and an Honorary Doctorate in Strategic Management from Narobi University in Kenya.

Tolga Peker is currently the CEO of OLIVA Group and Huasheng Electric Group. Due to the geopolitical location of the Kuşadası region in Turkey, it has decided to make its recent investments in this region.

Manufacturing transformers, power transmission, bare conductors, distribution equipment, and provide raw materials to suppliers.
