Born in Cologne, Tolga Peker, graduated from the Bachelor of Commerce, MBA Strategic Management and Honorary Doctorate of Strategic Management of University of Narobi in Kenya. He has been appointed as an Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kenya in Cologne Germany from July 2021.

At present, Tolga Peker is CEO of OLIVA Group and Huasheng Electric Group. He is also a member of Board of Trustees Chieni Community Based Organization in Nyamira Kenya.
